Do children require tickets?
Children 6 and under are admitted free, this includes carried children or children in carriers. You do not need to book a ticket. Due to the nature of the exhibition, there must be one adult present for every child under 6 attending the exhibition.

About Timed Entry Tickets
Timed Admission guarantees you access to the exhibition for a specific half-hour slot. Please turn up before your time slot
About Fast Track Tickets
Each day there are a limited number of Fast Track Tickets which enables you to visit the exhibition at a date and time of your choosing while jumping the queue.
About Concession Tickets
Concession tickets are available for 6-18-year-olds or those in full-time education and those registered as disabled. A valid ID will be needed for these tickets.
I need to change my booking
We would be happy to exchange your tickets for another date if you cannot attend. Please be aware if you booked through a third party (such as Ticketmaster, Love Theatre, Fever or Ingresso), you will need to arrange this with them.
Can I bring luggage, backpacks and large bags?
Is the exhibit accessible?
The exhibition is fully accessible. Disabled patrons should purchase a concession rate ticket and can bring one helper free of charge. The helper ticket does not need to be booked prior as it will be sorted at the box office on arrival. Can I bring food and drinks inside the exhibit?
No food and drinks are allowed inside the exhibit.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, you can, but no flash please and feel free to share on our social media channels.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, you can buy a ticket at the door. To ensure entry, we do recommend you buy your tickets in advance here. The Box Office will be open during opening times, but the exhibition may be sold out in advance at peak times.
How long does it take to see the exhibit?
The average visiting time between 60 and 90 minutes, but of course you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
