COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS


The safety of our customer and staff is our utmost priority, and the exhibition will have the following COVID-19 protocols in place:


  • All visitors are encouraged to wear a face-covering in line with Government recommendations.

  • The exhibition operates on an immersive one-way user journey with separate entry and exit points.
  • The venue features a powerful ventilation system with fresh air continually circulating throughout the exhibition.
  • Please buy your ticket in advance. For tickets purchased at the box office, we are a cashless venue and can only accept debit & credit card payments.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the exhibition, and this can also be found at designated points throughout the building.

GENERAL


I need to change my booking

We would be happy to exchange your tickets. You must contact us no later than 1 day after your booking. Please contact boxoffice@artofbanksy.co.uk with your order number and your alternative dates..


Do children require tickets?

Children 6 and under are admitted free, this includes carried children or children in carriers. You do not need to book a ticket. Due to the nature of the exhibition, there must be one adult present for every child under 6 attending the exhibition.


Do you allow dogs?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the exhibition, only assistance dogs will be allowed into the venue.

About Timed Entry Tickets

Timed Admission guarantees you access to the exhibition for a specific half-hour slot. Please turn up before your time slot


About Fast Track Tickets

Each day there are a limited number of Fast Track Tickets which enables you to visit the exhibition at a date and time of your choosing while jumping the queue. There is no need to book a time slot or date, your tickets will be undated.


About Concession Tickets

Concession tickets are available for 6-18-year-olds or those in full-time education and those registered as disabled. A valid ID will be needed for these tickets. 


Can I bring luggage, backpacks and large bags?

  • For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibition, including purses, are subject to inspection.
  • No tote bags, shopping bags, luggage or handbags over 30 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm are permitted and will need to be left in the bag drop area.
  • No backpacks of any size (including handbags that can be worn as a backpack) are permitted and will need to be left in the bag drop area.
  • Any visitor who is unwilling to leave their bag due to the contents being of significant value will be asked to transfer their items to a clear plastic bag to take into the exhibition, and collect their bag from the bag drop area at the end of the exhibition.


Is the exhibit accessible?

The exhibition is fully accessible. Disabled patrons should purchase a concession rate ticket and can bring one helper free of charge. The helper ticket does not need to be booked prior as it will be sorted at the box office on arrival. Can I bring food and drinks inside the exhibit?

No food and drinks are allowed inside the exhibit.


Can I take pictures?

Yes, you can, but no flash please and feel free to share on our social media channels.

 

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, you can buy a ticket at the door. To ensure entry, we do recommend you buy your tickets in advance here. The Box Office will be open during opening times, but the exhibition may be sold out in advance at peak times.


How long does it take to see the exhibit?

The average visiting time between 60 and 90 minutes, but of course you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
