The safety of our customer and staff is our utmost priority, and the exhibition will have COVID-19 protocols in place.


  • We are limiting numbers so they 1m + social distancing can be implemented
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your allotted timeslot and our staff will stagger entry
  • All customers aged 11 and above must wear a face covering, fully covering the nose and mouth at all times, whilst inside the exhibition
  • Contact-free temperature checks will take place as you enter. If you show a temperature of higher than 37.8 degrees, you and your party may be unable to enter the exhibition.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the exhibition. Sanitiser can also be found at designated points throughout the building.
  • The exhibition operates on an immersive one-way user journey with separate entry and exit points
  • The venue is regularly and professionally cleaned continually. Our on-site cleaning team regularly sanitises common contact surfaces and toilet facilities.

Do children require tickets?

Children 6 and under are admitted free, this includes carried children or children in carriers. You do not need to book a ticket. Due to the nature of the exhibition, there must be one adult present for every child under 6 attending the exhibition.

About Timed Entry Tickets

Timed Admission guarantees you access to the exhibit for a specific half hour slot. Please turn up at least 15 minutes early for your timeslot

About Fast Track Tickets

There are a limited number of Fast Track Tickets which enables you to come at any date, anytime and you don’t have to queue.


About Concession Tickets

Concession ticket are available for 6-18 year olds, those in full time education or those receiving job seekers allowance or similar government benefits. Please bring valid ID with you on the day as this will be checked on entry.


Can I bring luggage, backpacks and large bags?

For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the Exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted into the exhibit. Patrons entering with such items will be asked to check their bag at the bag-check, free of charge.

Is the exhibit accessible?

The exhibition is fully accessible. Disabled patrons should purchase a concession rate ticket and can bring one helper free of charge. The helper ticket does not need to be booked prior as it will l be sorted at the box office on arrival. Can I bring food and drinks inside the exhibit?

No food and drinks are allowed inside the exhibit.

Can I take pictures?

Yes, you can!


Can I buy tickets at the door?

To ensure entry, we do recommend you buy your tickets in advance here. The Box Office will be open during opening times, but the exhibition may be sold out in advance at peak times.

Are private viewings available?

Private viewings for groups of 60 to 120 are available for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7pm. Please contact for more details.
