We would never remove Banksy’s public works – it was meant for the public and belongs to the public. We believe public art should remain physically accessible to the public out in the wild.

We do not offer refunds; however exchanges are possible - these must be received before you plan to attend, but please contact your point of purchase for further details.

Yes! School and adult groups can purchase tickets at a discounted rate. We welcome school groups: Monday – Wednesday from 10am until midday. During this time, the exhibition space will still be open to the public. Adult group rates are available on bookings of 6 tickets or more.

Unless you have an Anytime Entry ticket valid for that day, the time indicated on your ticket should be your arrival time. Please note if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your allocated arrival time, there may be an extended wait for the next available entry time. In busy periods we cannot guarantee immediate entry if you miss your arrival time.

If you miss your allocated time slot we will try to accommodate you and your party in the next available time slot. This may involve a wait to gain entry. Please note that you may be subject to a further fee.
